All items will be delivered via Australia Post. Customers can choose both express or standard shipping methods of parcel delivery. Customers will be provided with a tracking number upon fulfillment of their order. For any lost or damaged items a customer enquiry case must be lodged with Australia Post.
Baby Pin orders are made the same day. Shipping delivery can take 2-7 business days to be delivered depending on metro, rural or interstate locations. Unfortunately, Forever Baby Co cannot guarantee these time frames as they are to be used as a general guide only provided by Australia Post. Christening or Baptism items can take up to 4-5 weeks depending on what is ordered. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.
International Shipping can take 10 - 22 business days depending on metro, rural or interstate locations. Unfortunately, Forever Baby Co cannot guarantee these time frames as they are to be used as a general guide only.
When an order is placed, it will be shipped directly to an address designated by the patron, as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases made from this website are made in compliance to a shipment contract.
Patrons are responsible for filing any claims with shipment carrier/s (Australia Post) for damaged or lost shipments. Responsibility for risk of lost items purchased from Forever Baby Co pass onto the purchaser once the item has been dispatched to carrier. Customers are responsible for tracking the progress of their shipment and ensuring collection from local post office under the circumstance of a failed attempted delivery. Under the circumstance the patron fails to collect shipment from local post office and the item is returned to sender the customer is liable for the re-shipment cost. No refunds will be issued under this circumstance.
All sales are final at the time of purchase. Prices displayed on Forever Baby Co website are in Australian Dollar (AUD) and include Australian GST of 10%. Please note delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted for each product. Full payment is required at the time of order to secure purchase. Fragile Christening or Baptism orders do not qualify for free shipping and a flat shipping fee of $25.00 is charged within Australia.

An order confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours to acknowledge that we have received your order. While it is our practice to confirm orders by email, the receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. All orders are subject to acceptance by Forever Baby Co and we will confirm acceptance by sending an email confirming shipment of the order placed. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and may withdraw our approval and cancel your order where there has been an error in price, information or if the product is no longer in our inventory. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any customer. Forever Baby Co may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and shipment of any order.
