All sales are final at the time of checkout. In the interest of hygiene and for your own protection Forever Baby does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind and reserves the right to repair or replace the pieces after they have been assessed.
An exchange or refund will only be issued if the pieces purchased are exhibiting a genuine fault and are considered defective. Each piece is put through quality control prior to dispatch. For all faulty returns please notify and lodge a return request via: 0431 585 901. Kindly contact us with your order number, a photo of the received item, and the reason for return.
To ensure the quality and longevity of your piece(s) please follow these steps:
Avoid contact with perfumes, oils, lotions, cosmetics, deodorants, hairspray, and chemicals.
Store your pieces out of direct sunlight, preferably in the box that came with your item(s) or in a cool dark place away from sunlight, heat, and moisture.
DO NOT use jewellery cleaner to clean your pieces
After each use gently, but thoroughly wipe each piece with soft, dry, and clean cloth provided.
Keep away from water and moisture and remove pieces before showering, swimming, and sleeping.
Please discontinue wearing pieces immediately if you experience any allergic symptoms and consult your physician as soon as possible. Forever Baby Co understands that some users may experience an allergic reaction to certain types of metals. We strongly advise that users with sensitive reactions be fully aware. We will not be held accountable for any allergic reactions experienced and will not be able to offer any refunds or exchanges in these situations.
If placing in reach of an infant please do so at your own discretion.

Forever Baby pieces are considered costume jewellery and will experience oxidation and tarnish due to several external factors such as contact with moisture, air and chemicals. Oxidation is inevitable over time and is considered a natural occurring process that cannot be considered a fault. Please take the time to read our care instructions to ensure the lifespan of your Forever Baby pieces.
All sales are final at the time of purchase. Prices displayed on Forever Baby Co website are in Australian Dollar (AUD) and include Australian GST of 10%. Please note delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted for each product. Full payment is required at the time of order to secure purchase.

We reserve the right to terminate your order at any time if you fail to make the payment when it is due at the checkout or do not provide us with the information necessary for us to ship the product to you. If your order is terminated, we will issue you with a refund for any products paid in advance that have not been provided. However, we may deduct or charge compensation for the costs incurred as a result of the breach in contract.
